Baking is my thing!
A few years ago, when I was not in school, a relationship or involved in anything the pass time, I started watching baking shows and copy catting them all! I would YouTube tutorials on technique. I'm a big believer in Marshmallow Fondant (commonly referred to as MMF). After spending a few days baking a crazy graduation cake for a friend, I was hooked! I mean- who doesn't look forward to the fun, silly cakes you get at baby showers and birthdays...well, at ALL special events!
As time passed, word got out about the fun cakes and people started asking for business cards and offering to pay for my cakes! Now- The hobby is serious!
Betty- my BEAUTIFUL KitchenAid stander- was my Christmas gift this year! This kitchen lifestyle is getting REAL and I want to share my experiences with the world! The ups, the downs, the ideas, the accomplishments, the epic failures...all of it!
NOW- Let's not limit our relationship strictly to cake baking!
